Boy, I can hear your frustration leap off the page! Not being a sports fan, I sympathize. I&#039;m from the States and our brand of football takes over in many quarters of the country in a similar fashion to what you describe. 
It&#039;s also played in the winter here and I don&#039;t get why people pay lots of money for tickets, fight huge traffic jams, search endlessly for a parking place, crowd into a stadium only to sit there in the cold, rain, wind, or snow to watch a game. AMAZING!</description>
