Cycling is a wonderful exercise and it's good Graham is into it like he is--he's also mentally stimulating. As for bike theft, I agree with you: it's sad that the society we live in today has so little respect for other people's property---no matter how large or small. I'm sure he's in wonderful shape. We have cyclers all around where I live too. It's a sport I've often thought of taking up--a great way to enjoy the fresh air, sunshine, and just moving your body.
