This brought back a beautiful memory for me of an experience I have lost living in the suburbs of a smaller city. I grew up in Chicago, and as a kid, there was nothing like going to Marshall Field's and seeing those holiday Christmas window displays. Many of them were dazzling and quite magical to a young girl's eye. I enjoy seeing the displays depicted in the older holiday classics like "Miracle on 34th Street." Thanks, Kathie!

Thanks, Kathie, for posting the great photos! It's fun to get to see people in summer clothes looking at Christmas displays. BR/I'd love to visit your part of the world some day and see all this in person. I'm sure Melbourne is a wonderful city that offers many exciting attractions. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you for posting these pictures. It gives me a little taste of where you're from. I love seeing how other countries get into the Christmas celebration.
