Our Government need to get serious about helping those who have sadly wound up at the other end of the scales...but that too, is another story.BR/Yes, safety at night is another problem, but have to agree that it isn't only affecting the streets of Melbourne. Sadly, we see more and more stories of 'young offenders', and when you see the images too often it is young adults, or children,either under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or both! This combines for an ugly and dangerous situation just about anywhere, but when placed in nightclubs,pubs or any place where there seems to be an attraction to this group of people, it's an accident just waiting to happen.
