As you mention it makes no sense why they strctly state watering must be done between 6 and 8am.BR/So, do people water for te full 2 hours then?BR/In Wa where level 4 restrctions are in place, why do they allow people to handwater whenever?BR/This all seems a little too much big brother to me...</description>
